Book Description
This is the black and white version of the book, the same great information just less expensive with no colored pictures. Do you have a sense that you aren't reaching your true potential? That your feelings of doubt, anxiety, and fear are keeping you from reaching your dreams? The Positive Thinking Workbook is exactly what you need to blow through those hurdles and to achieve your goals. Its presentation is colorful, lively, and is sure to make you smile. With its help, you will find yourself infused with positive energy and looking forward to tomorrow. Whatever incidents in your past have brought you to your current situation, the Positive Thinking Workbook will allow you to build a happy, optimistic attitude and move toward recovery. You will find the energy and inspiration to be the best you can be! My name is Charles Smith. I was challenged by P.T.S.D., homelessness, and severely dark depression. I developed these techniques to cope with my issues and to find new hope. I became a Peer Support Specialist. I used my lifetime of experiences - good and bad - to find techniques to lift others in similar situations. I have also worked as a Director of a non-profit, to help families of veterans like myself who suffered from P.T.S.D. trauma and mental health conditions. Throughout all of these experiences, I developed time-tested long term solutions. I have now assembled these years of knowledge and experience into this Positive Thinking Workbook. This knowledge has helped veterans, parents, children, teachers, students, and many, many others. In our modern world, P.T.S.D. and related mental health conditions can strike any person in any stage of life. It impacts the rich and poor. By working through the chapters of this book, and committing yourself to change, you will find that a fresh, wonderful new way of viewing the world is just a page-turn away.

Book Description
Two things you should know about this book are the fact that if you have ever wanted an answer to breaking out of your poverty, low self-esteem, or addiction, you will find it here. I have drawn on my experience of spending many years dealing with these issues for solutions as to how they can be successfully conquered. I am a living testimony that where the mind and spirit leads, the body will follow, and that we can always do better than we know. Secondly, when I decided to publish this book, I made up my mind that I wasn't going to try and sell it to anyone who isn't tired of being "sick and tired" and who hasn't reached the point that they can't go on doing the same old thing, expecting different results. I know that when people get sick enough of meeting with failure and disappointment you won't have to go looking for them with a cure; they will come looking for you. I am convinced that as bad as things are for many of us that our suffering is working to drive us to God and the solutions He has enabled concerned people to develop. This book is for those who want to do something different than they have always done to get something different than they have always had. It may hurt the sale of this book, but I don't encourage you to buy it if you are not ready to do some serious work on the problem areas of your life and are tired of making excuses for your life not getting better if you are not doing anything to make it better. This book is not for your shelf; it is to be used in fixing anything broken in your life, mind, or spirit.
